Store Development Staff (Leasing Staff)

Qualifications

• Preferably bachelor's degree holder
• With or without experience
• Fluent in English
• Must have good communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and management abilities
• With pleasing personality

Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
• Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Deployment: HEAD OFFICE - PASAY CITY
• Salary Offer: 21,500 Php (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included)
