About the Role
Responsibilities
- Lead site acquisition and expansion initiatives, including location scouting, feasibility analysis and lease negotiations with shopping malls and commercial property partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with malls, landlords and commercial property partners to support long term profitability and expansion.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business performance evaluations to identify market opportunities.
- Drive sales forecasting, business planning and profitability analysis for new and existing locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
