About the Role
Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, the United States and Latin America, with more than 19 years of experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high‑quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.6 GW (1.3 GW operational and +1.3 GW ready to build/under construction) and a total development portfolio exceeding 18 GW.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Analyze battery performance data and control systems to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate the integration of storage systems with the grid and other renewable sources (solar, wind, etc.).
- Conduct technical studies to evaluate project feasibility and system sizing.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
