STEM Trainee Program IT QA

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a dedicated IT QA knowledge space , clearly communicating the mission, responsibilities, and value of the IT Quality Assurance function.
• Supporting the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives aimed at increasing quality awareness across the IT organization.
• Developing short, engaging, and easy‑to‑understand communication materials (“QA pills”) to explain IT QA policies, procedures, and best practices to non‑quality audiences.
• Assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System , including reviewing and updating quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Helping analyze, track, and resolve quality events , such as deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
