Senior Architect

Responsible for daily activities critical to the successful implementation of architectural and finishing works across a wide spectrum of projects. The role involves meticulous review of designs and submittals, coordination with project stakeholders, preparation of technical documentation, and active engagement with clients, design and supervision teams.

Site Supervision & Compliance Skills

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and SCR/DSR comments.
• Monitor erection sequences, lifting plans, and safety compliance.
• Identify non‑conformities and issue NCRs/SORs when required.
• Support structural engineers in resolving site issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily inspection reports, surveillance notes, and punch lists.
• Review MIRs, WIRs, and NDT reports.
• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation for handover.
