Client Experience Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the success of the sales floor, including the 'Stage'.
- Coach and develop a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors to perform at their best while prioritizing the client experience.
- Train new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and selling‑model training sessions.
- Respond promptly to client feedback via Medallia, the service hotline, or direct interactions; serve as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in‑store and engage with clients and advisors on‑stage.
- Manage all in‑store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring events are well‑planned, staffed, and maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
- Assist the Operations team in visual merchandising, ensuring concepts and sales floor visuals align with company standards; maintain a clean, organized floor and replenish testers and supplies as new inventory arrives.
