Your Role

Responsible to assist Engineer in implementing improvement project, driving quality improvement initiatives, monitoring performance, providing training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of existing maintenance processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor machine uptime and develop continuous improvement plans if targets are not achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies focused on enhancing maintenance operations, reducing costs, increasing equipment reliability, and improving overall efficiency.
• Apply Lean principles and methodologies to streamline maintenance processes, eliminate waste, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall productivity.
