Staff Software Engineer (Go)

Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin or Casablanca.

You will be the hands‑on technical owner of a core product, and the right hand of our Director of Engineering. The role is backend-heavy, product-facing, and high ownership. You should enjoy being deep in the code, close to the product, stakeholders, and even customers, while also acting as a technical leader involved in strategic decisions.

A good way to think of it is that it’s a very hands‑on, quasi-CTO for the product.
