Staff Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal & external quality related topic inclusive production/customer audit, customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition.
• To govern internal / external customer complain cases & verify effectiveness of improvement activities.
• Govern MSA / Calibration to ensure all measurement equipments are calibrated as plan and MSA study is conducted according to MSA framework.
• Conduct routine IPA / LPA audit and govern MSA practice in the respective area.
