Staff, Product Manager

**Position Summary...**
As a Staff Product Manager – ESG Sustainability Data Products, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise data products that power Walmart's Sustainability initiatives. You will lead the E2E product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through governance, adoption, and value realization—to build AI-ready data foundations that enable trusted, scalable, and decision-driven capabilities. Partnering with Business, Merchants, Suppliers, Vendors, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams, you will deliver enterprise data products that improve data quality, automation, governance, accessibility, and decision intelligence. This role requires strong product leadership, technical fluency, and cross-functional influence to drive measurable business outcomes.
