Coordinates with multiple departments to ensure the project is completed on time and oversees the customer's and competition's insights for identifying new design opportunities.

+ Monitoring the trends of common issues and collaborating with multiple departments to resolve design-level problems and ensure a higher quality of products.
+ Overseeing end consumers' satisfaction levels, understanding the customer needs, and developing technical leadership expertise to champion return on engineering investment.
+ Liaising with multiple departments and critical stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and identifying future roadmap needs of the customer(s)....
