Staff Facilities Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and management of all buildings, compounds, and facilities, including upgrades, extensions, and updates to documentation for factory facilities and equipment.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive maintenance program that incorporates both corrective and preventive actions to ensure optimal performance of all facility equipment and machinery.
• Monitor utility usage including electricity, water, and compressed air, to maintain sufficient capacity.
• Lead energy conservation initiatives by identifying and implementing savings strategies, while conducting awareness programs.
• Proactively monitor, control, and optimize energy consumption to reduce usage, lower costs, and minimize carbon emissions.
• Maintain ISO documentation, including validation of facility equipment, and update records as required.
