Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Develop wafer technology and wafer technology/product features to realize power devices addressing the application needs while meeting performance, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room, analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data.
- Ensure process stability, quality of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release.
- Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Support and be in a technical leading role for product portfolio extension (internal/subcon).
- Interact with teams of different time zones incl. remote technology development tasks.
