Senior Engineer, GQ ops- Industrial Engineering and System
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation for GQ Ops central planning and operation systems
- Analyze current and future processes and systems that are instrumental to provide insights on resources requirement and translate improvements that support business needs
- Initiate collaboration to scope out system requirements
- Collaborate with main partners to plan for digitalizing systems
- Communicate status of projects
- Report issues, risks, changes and drive initiatives for recovery, mitigation and preventive measures
- Assist with documentation and training needs for new processes
- Manage projects to ensure desired results are completed within the required timeframe
