Staff Engineer - Algorithm Application Engineer

**What You'll Do**

+ Analyze vehicle test and fleet data to assess the performance of existing algorithms and identify areas for refinement.
+ Perform data extraction, pre-processing, and signal analysis using data from CAN logs, IMUs, wheel speed sensors, and other vehicle sources.
+ Produce clear, data-driven reports summarizing trends, performance metrics, anomalies, and enhancement recommendations.
+ Collaborate closely with global algorithm development teams to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement.
+ Support bench-level and simulation-based testing to validate algorithm performance under various conditions.
+ Maintain and update a structured repository of test results, platform-specific behavior, and system performance benchmarks.
