Staff Embedded Software & Controls Engineer

We are seeking a **Staff Embedded Software & Controls Engineer** to design and develop embedded software, firmware, and control systems for complex electromechanical medical devices. In this role, you will work across hardware, firmware, and system integration to develop real-time embedded software and control algorithms across sensors, actuators, motors, thermal systems, power electronics, fluid management systems, and multi-board embedded platforms.

You will partner with cross-functional product development teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performance solutions while solving complex system-level challenges throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through product launch and post-market improvements.

This role will support the Urology portfolio, including legacy products and recently launched technologies that integrate capital equipment, visualization platforms, and fluid management solutions.
