About the Role
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The role involves design and development of innovative defibrillator technology and support systems with an opportunity to apply design, creativity, and professional and technical expertise to save lives. This is an R&D post which involves support and development of existing and new products. The individual will be expected to identify self-development requirements, mentor more junior staff members and be able to organize their tasks according to the demands of the business.

+ Independently design and develop electrical components and sub-systems for medical devices.
+ Develop and apply advanced circuit and electrical system test methods.
