Staff Accountant (SC Accounting)

Position: Staff Accountant

Work setup & shift: Work From Home and Night shift

Your Role

• Job duties include but are not limited to Review of monthly billing statements, Vendor invoice coding, land lease billing statements/payment, posting deposits for SoCal, and Corporate Accounts Receivable status updates.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties required to drive consistent implementation of best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain current industry knowledge by reading professional publications and exploring on-the-job education opportunities.
• Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once, particularly during month and year-end.
• Other duties and special project assigned

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and Excel
