Job Title- Engineer - Production (Rotary)

Job Responsibility –

Output of all Turning, Milling, Pressing and machining operations being performed.

Implement and maintain the Processes and Documentation as per ISO 1:5, ISO :5, :8 Systems and meet all the requirements of API Certification

Quality Assurance for all the operations being performed.

Planning of operations to maximize the utilization of machines, equipment, manpower etc.

Running machining operations as per EMS and ES guidelines.

Leading the team of Technicians to handle the operations and processes effectively and efficiently.

Improvements in the machining operations to reduce pk.

Procurement of tools, inserts, welding and product spares required for all operations.

Monitoring the Productivity and providing the information to the management.
