about the company Our client is a leading A2 main contractor with over 50 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are mainly LTA MRT Project. Currently they are looking for Senior/ Quantity Surveyor to be based in HQ. This role is 5-day work/week about the job Understand tender requirements Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works Timely management of tender activities Review quotations with the designated specification Review quantities and cross check for possible items that may have been overlooked Proof reading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works Review of cost impact (value engineering proposal/ variations) skills & experience required Degree in Civil/Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction or equivalent Minimum 4 years of QS experience in Main Contractor / Builder environment Keen to be in Tender / Project QS position MRT project experience will be a big plus 5 day work w...
