The Split: This role is roughly 75% UI/UX Design (Figma, research, prototyping) and 25% Front-End Development (Vue.js, JS, CSS, HTML).

- Drive Design Strategy: Lead a multi-year redesign of high-traffic legacy web portals.
- UX Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Scale Systems: Develop and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries.
- Build UI: Design and build responsive, accessible (WCAG/ADA) interfaces primarily using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
