Position Overview
Abacus is seeking a Senior Technical Writer with 8–10 years of experience to create, maintain, and govern high‑quality technical documentation across the Software Engineering Centre of Excellence (CoE). The role focuses on translating complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user‑friendly documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences while driving documentation governance and knowledge management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation standards, templates, and governance processes across the Software Engineering CoE
- Create and manage technical documentation including API documentation, system design documents, operational runbooks, onboarding guides, user manuals, and release notes
