What is the opportunity?
As a Technical Systems Specialist on the BPM Middleware hosting team, you will work to install and support the Pega Infrastructure within RBC. This team is responsible for supporting the Pega Infrastructure platform deployed on both IBM WebSphere and Redhat OpenShift Cloud Platform.
What will you do?
- Install and build new Pega environments.
- Upgrade Pega to the latest version to stay current and supported.
- Support and maintain the existing Pega platform to ensure high uptime availability.
- Be part of an on‑call rotation in supporting the Pega platform 24/7.
- Maintain the security of the infrastructure by promptly remediating vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
- Implement security best practices and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
