Role Summary

The Sr. Technical Analyst - Managed File Transfer (MFT) will provide 24x7 operational support for secure file transfer platforms. The role focuses on monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, environment health checks, and continuous operational improvement across on‑premise and cloud MFT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for file transfer applications using SFTP, FTPS, FTP, HTTPS, Connect:Direct, and PGP encryption.
• Support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi) file transfer operations, including monitoring, issue resolution, and partner transmission support.
