**Position Summary**
The **Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager** is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a positive candidate experience, and strengthen the company’s employer brand.
