Sr Scientist Ii

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Lead scale‐up of new and existing products and translate formulations into clear manufacturing instructions.
- Validate process parameters, equipment settings, and quality methods.
- Investigate deviations, perform root‐cause analysis, and implement CAPAs.
- Provide technical support to production and participate in MOC activities.
- Drive continuous improvement using statistical and process‐control tools.
- Manage raw material qualifications, evaluations, and substitutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Service.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science with 6 years of experience;
- or_ Master's degree with 4 years of experience;
- or_ PhD with 2 years of experience.
