We are looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on Agent & Volume Hiring to support large‑scale hiring needs across our contact center and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing high requisition loads, driving funnel efficiency, and delivering consistent hiring outcomes while maintaining candidate experience. You will work closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to ensure staffing targets are met—on time and at scale.
