Job title: Sr. Recruiter
Job duration: 6+ months
Job location: North Chicago, IL
Onsite 2/3 days per week, meets with clients face to face - this will be preferred for the candidates in this role, though is not required.
Travel Required: Y/N N
Very responsive, operates well in fast paced and gray areas.
Strategic and great at problem solving.
Understands the industry, all about building/maintain relationships, advisor vs. order taker, team oriented, ability to source and recruit as a hunter.
Great communicator, accustomed to high volume req load.
Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Recruiter- preferred
Business: R&D, Developmental Science
If they have some Pharma or Technology experience that is great.... do not have to have specific R&D Development Experience. They are recruiting Scientists in this role.
