• Leading large capital projects including building expansion, capital investments, and future state technical capacity studies.
• Coordinating capital and cost reduction programs across Reynosa, ensuring consistency, governance, and execution.
• Driving alignment and execution of cross-site strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency, governance, and scalable results across all plants.
• Governance of capital and cost reduction initiatives, leading and coordinating these programs across Reynosa to achieve defined financial, ROI and operational targets.
