Lead new product development activities, including MOSFET, SiC and other new technologies in Cebu site. Facilitate and coordinate design, process, assembly, test and releasing of the product to market. Work closely with design, test, device engineers in varied locations in a team environment. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders for effective problem solving and completion of product development in a timely manner. Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
