Senior Operations Manager – Final Pack

The senior operations manager leads a team of employees in the Final Pack area, ensuring production plan fulfillment, safety, quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and quality by implementing tools such as proactive safety, risk assessment, and LOTO.
• Ensure compliance with product, QA, and IMS standards.
• Align Final Pack operations with internal and external customer requirements and business strategy.
• Maintain and improve production plans, scheduling and sequencing while optimizing resources.
• Track and report critical area metrics.
• Participate in the deployment of business strategy for the group.
• Execute HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP) and provide training, feedback, monitoring and support to shift and team leaders.
