  • Strong level knowledge of voice network hardware and software, topologies and protocols.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cisco VoIP infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and large-scale Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
