Sr. Mould Maintenance Manager

Mould Maintenance Department is responsible for Corrective Maintenance of Moulds, Mould Arrival, Mould Shots Evaluation and Special Cases with potential impact to Production, Warranty Acceptance Test process and Total Preventive Maintenance of Auxiliary Equipment.

What your day will look like

• Support and handle daily repair maintenance operation by structured follow-up on performance and actions setting on deviations through SQDCP structure.
• Demonstrate leadership within their own staff as well as being a role model for the whole department.
• Provide and secure an environment that makes the teams perform and develop.
• Drive and track results and push/lead constant improvements.
• Engage in the Mould Maintenance Leadership team and support the overall strategic ambition.
• Drive actions to build an outstanding safety and healthy culture in Mould Maintenance as a coordinated part of our daily work.
