Job Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development, standardization, and implementation of manufacturing processes across global manufacturing operations. This role supports product launches, capacity growth, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives by designing, specifying, and introducing robust, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing equipment and processes. The position works closely with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, IT, Sourcing, Lean, and global operations teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and scalability. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer also supports the product development cycle by providing input on part design, tooling, labor impact, equipment requirements, and process limitations to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase value for the customer.
