About the Role
The Senior Manager, Professional Services (ProServe) Cloud Architects (PCAM) - NAMER leads all ProServe Cloud Architects (PCAs) and PCA Managers across North America. Reporting to the NAMER ProServe Leader, this role drives pre‑sales technical excellence, people leadership, and regional business performance aligned to ProServe's 3‑Year Plan (3YP).
Key job responsibilities Regional Leadership & Strategy
Lead the NAMER PCA organization, including direct management of PCA Managers and oversight of all PCAs
Define and execute regional pre‑sales strategy aligned to ProServe 3YP
Partner with NAMER ProServe Area Leaders, AGS Sales, and Technical Sales leadership to ensure optimal coverage
Drive organizational design, resource allocation, and capacity planning
Serve as a ProServe executive sponsor with customers
