Researches, develops, advises and manages the following for Asia (China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, India and others as appropriate):
- Comprehensive internal export and import controls to ensure regional compliance to Asian Trade, Commerce, and Customs regulations as well as other government agencies’ regulations, as applicable.
- All other regulatory and compliance matters, as appropriate, such as Data Privacy, Human Rights, Ethics, Data Security, AI, etc.
What you will be doing
- Research and understand the regulations in the Region (regulatory perspective) and the associated risk profile of Vishay with regard to product and business transactions in general.
- Act as single point of contact for Asia external law firms.
