Overview We are looking for a Senior Manager, CRM, for our game Star Trek Fleet Command to join our team in Barcelona. What Will You Do This person owns the end‑to‑end communication ecosystem—strategy, calendar, messaging, and creative direction—ensuring a cohesive and player‑first narrative across all CRM touchpoints. They partner closely with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to influence what is built and when, so that player journeys are fully supported and optimized for engagement, retention, and LTV.
