About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Partner directly with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learner needs, business goals, skill gaps, and desired performance outcomes
- Independently drive discovery conversations, gather the information needed to build effective learning solutions, and challenge assumptions to recommend the right enablement approach
- Translate complex processes, tools, and business concepts into engaging, learner centered experiences that support behavior change, application in the flow of work, and measurable readiness outcomes
- Design and develop scalable learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, facilitator-led sessions, job aids, assessments, workflow-based learning, and blended enablement solutions
