Sr Financial Payroll Expert

DHL Express Canada is seeking a proactive, experienced Sr. Financial Payroll Expert to join their National Office in Brampton, Ontario . This role supports a complex, unionized workforce governed by the Canada Labour Code (CLC) , including hourly, salaried, and owner‑operator populations across Canada.

The successful candidate will bring strong payroll leadership, deep compliance expertise, and advanced system knowledge of Kronos and ADP . The role is responsible for end‑to‑end payroll oversight, including bi‑weekly reconciliation and validation, statutory compliance, payroll reporting, audit readiness, process automation, and continuous improvement.
