Update site documentation from time-to-time. Attend to customer premise to carry out CPE installation/configuration/trouble shooting Manage the warehouse inventory ensure Network and CPE sparing is at the safety level in order to support new order fulfillment and break-fix. Handling CPE delivery to customer location ensure meeting the required SLA Demonstrate the ability to complete the assigned Work Order independently and documented the result properly.
