Job Overview

The Facility Operations Representative will act as the primary liaison for facilities operations within capital building projects at LEGO Group. The role ensures the design, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of facilities systems, drives energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, and supports post‑handover ramp‑up of new facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the facilities operations representative within capital building projects, ensuring facilities systems and utilities are designed, constructed, and commissioned to support safe, efficient, and reliable long‑term operations.
• Participate in early project phases influencing technical design decisions related to utilities infrastructure, energy systems, maintainability, accessibility, and operational readiness of facilities.
