The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for the project management of identified key projects related to new process capability, capacity improvement, new equipment platform and value engineering. Ensure adherence to QCM (Quality Change Management) requirements. Prepare and secure approval of the Project Charter. Form and organize the Project Team. Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Act as liaison between Nexperia’s Business Group (BG) and the ATCB Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations. Facilitate project gate reviews. Monitor post-project release performance.
