Sr. Design & Development (Senior Architect)  
  Location:  Pune 
   Experience:  5-8 Years 
 ✅ Eligibility:  Only Pune-based candidates with Real Estate experience  will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities: Assist Senior Architects in Design & Development 
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D views 
Conduct site analysis, measurements, and feasibility studies 
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants 
Prepare presentations, reports, and approval drawings 
Review drawings and ensure compliance 
Material selection and basic cost estimation 
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation 
Maintain project documentation and records
