**Job Description:**
**Position Summary**
Evaluate, define, and develop North America Region (NAR) Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) supplies capable of supporting the Torreon Facility. Lead and close commercial initiatives with selected suppliers, define sourcing strategies, and drive implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders. Support and maintain the supplier base during ramp-up activities and ongoing production operations, including supplier escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO categories, indirect materials, services, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) requirements.
+ Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers capable of supporting current and future business needs.
