Sr Benefits Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Sr. Benefits Analyst to be responsible for the administration and oversight of the Canada Honeywell Health & Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, , Leave, Savings, Retirement and Pension programs for our active, retiree and pension population. In this role, you are providing operational support to standard work, delivering standardized and self-service HR solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives forward. You will have a significant impact on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving HR's digital transformation journey, ultimately contributing to the success and effectiveness of Honeywell's overall operations.
