Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst Learning Experience Design (LXD) is an individual contributor role within the LXSS Learning Experience Design career path. LXDs are responsible for designing learner‑centric, engaging, and scalable learning experiences in collaboration with cross‑functional partners. This role supports the development of high-quality learning assets aligned to organizational goals. LXDs will manage their projects and are expected to contribute to all phases of the design lifecycle. They will partner with other specialists in media, development, and programming within agile squads to bring learning solutions to life.
