DTC & Logistics Tech Lead – Key Skills (Shortlist Criteria)
Functional
- Strong understanding of end-to-end DTC order lifecycle (Order → Fulfillment → Shipping → Returns → Refunds)
- Experience with omnichannel / multi-channel commerce (eCommerce, marketplaces, retail, POS)
- Knowledge of order sourcing & allocation (inventory visibility, routing, OMS/DOM logic)
- Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) including pricing, invoicing, and financial flows
- Solid knowledge of warehouse & logistics operations (WMS, DC processes, returns/RRO)
- Understanding of B2B processes (EDI, ASN, bulk fulfillment, retailer compliance)
Technical (Solution & Delivery Focused)
- Strong understanding of OMS/DOM and WMS capabilities and workflows (not coding, but solution-level)
