Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI solutions for franchisees, including complex conversational interfaces, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation systems.
- Architect systems that handle real‑world ambiguity, integrate with brand data, and operate reliably at the scale of Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs.
- Build and deploy production‑grade autonomous agents capable of executing multi‑step workflows, reasoning over brand and operational data, and acting on behalf of franchisees and corporate users.
