Office & Events Manager
As an Office & Events Manager , you will lead the end-to-end management of office operations and internal events across Silo AI locations in Europe. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, a high-quality employee experience, and well-executed internal events.
Main Responsibilities
Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee local facilities operations across multiple offices (e.g. Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Netherlands)
- Manage vendors, purchase requests, and invoice approvals related to facilities and office operations
- Collaborate closely with AMD Facilities and external partners on office-related matters
Day-to-Day Office Operations (Helsinki focus)
- Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Oversee office supplies, catering, snacks, and deliveries
