About the Role
Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join a growing team based in Castle Rock. This role reports directly to the Controller and plays a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review month-end journal entries and reconciliations
+ Prepare complex journal entries with supporting documentation
+ Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
+ Perform bank reconciliations, cash analysis, and variance reporting
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives
+ Manage WIP reporting and job cost accounting functions
+ Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests
+ Mentor and support accounting team members
+ Contribute to process improvements and special projects
